1. Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided.
Non-returnable items include:
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
Activated SIM cards or data packs.
Customized or special-order products.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Replacements & Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photos or videos as proof.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.
